2 oz.            Northern Brewer Hops (Bittering)                                                 Siphon Package (5 feet of siphon tube, bottle

1/2 oz.         Fuggle Hops (Finishing)                                                                         filler, racking tube with tip, and bucket clip)

4 oz.            Crushed Black Patent                                                                      Hydrometer

4 oz.            Crushed Roasted Barley                                                                 Bottle Brush

5 oz.            Priming Sugar                                                                                   No-Rinse Cleanser

60 each       Crown Caps                                                                                      Liquid Crystal Strip Thermometer
